Job Description- To obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
To prepare details cost breakdowns of each element activities of subcontractors, suppliers, etc.- To prepare preliminary budget for successful tender(s).
Negotiate for the best price within the preliminary project budget.
- To issue Letter of Awards (LOA) /Work Orders / Purchase Order (PO).
To prepare estimations c/w detailed cost breakdown for tendering and alternative purposes.- To verify tender strategy (work scope, pricing, quantities, etc.) during the rationalization stage.
To finalize Final Accounts for assigned projects.
- To assists Pre Contracts Manager in ad hoc duties and responsibilities given time to time.
To verify assigned Project claims (Subcontractors, suppliers, sublabour, clients, etc)- To brief Post Contract Department upon awarding any subcontracting or suppliers.
Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent- Minimum 2 years experience in Civil Engineering / Construction industry.
Excellent knowledge on materials, pricing and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and meet targets.
