Overseeing cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning and cost reporting on a project basis.- Working collaboratively with project teams to ensure on-time project delivery and cost control.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Qualifications and Requirements- Excellent analytical and numerical skils.
Experience in real estate industry or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Experience with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Revit will be an added advantage.
