Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Attend site visit and measurements.
  • Calculate & Prepare Project Cost.
  • Responsible for claims and cost management and able to prepare progress claim, valuation of contract works.
  • Attend / Conduct Meetings When Required.
  • Conduct stock taking when required
  • Responsible for overall project contact administration and coordination liaise with main contractor, sub-contractor and consultant.
  • To undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in quantity surveying or equivalent with 2 / 3 years experience in relevant works.
  • Preferably specializing in Quantity Surveying in interior and fit-out projects.
