Job Specilization : Resident Quantity Surveyor for Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC) Project, Sedenak, Kulai, Johor.
To assist the Senior Executive & Executive in the production of tender documents, measurement of quantities, site valuations for progress interim payment certificate and final account statement.
- Taking off quantity, controlling and monitoring accessories / materials needed for the project.
To assist in the preparation of the tender BQ, submittals and proposals- To assist and/or coordinate the tender documents submittals
Other related duties as assigned by superior
1) Bachelors Degree holder in Quantity Surveying / Building.
2) Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in similar capacity.
3) Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
