Job Responsibility- Participate in cost build-up exercises including preparing BQ and carry out price comparison exercises
Use Corporate Resource Planning (CRP) software- Learn about value engineering in construction via monitoring project costs, identifying variances and proposing cost optimisation solutions
Currently pursuing Bachelors Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent- Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
