- Job Description: As an Entry-Level Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be involved in various aspects of the quality control process, working closely with experienced team members to learn and grow in your role.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.- Assist in performing quality tests using standard measurement tools and equipment.
Document inspection results and provide detailed reports to the Quality Manager.
- Identify and report defects or non-conformities and work with the team to develop corrective actions.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment as needed.- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or technical certification in a related field is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Basic understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
