Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for organizing quality assurance engineers to create quality plans for new products and handle quality and environmental anomalies.
- Coordinate all after-sales service affairs, promptly gather customer feedback, organize relevant personnel to make improvements, and follow up.
- Responsible for handling customer complaints and developing and updating quality inspection standards.
- Supervise the process to improve product quality, handle product process anomalies, and ensure quality in outgoing inspections.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and related reporting.

- At least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder
- Have more than 2 years of working experience in QA/QC role.
- Understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety (HSF) systems, familiarity with QC080000 environmental requirements, knowledge of ISO systems and environmental basics.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
