Assist the department Manager to set up KPI and annual goals.
Arrange internal training plan and provide training, coaching and review Engineers KPI achievement status.
Plan and coordinate internal resources and arrange work reasonably.
Coordinate the problems with parallel department and establish communication and methods to meet the needs of different departments.
Participate in the quality activities or quality relevant projects/meetings.
Prepare the system audit and customer audit; documentations, manpower arrangements and participate in the system and customer audit.
Communicate with MPM to understand customer requirements and expectations and cooperate in handling customer complaint and achieve customer satisfaction.
Lead continuous improvement on the quality system and process.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality Management or Management
Minimum 6 years of working experience in Quality Management and familiar with QM practices.
Good experience in QM system audit and handling customer requirement/complaints.
Good communication skills and be able to coordinate the operation effectively cross department.
