Quality Officer Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Act as liaison within the Quality Team, and to all other internal teams to support with quality related matters

Support the Quality Team in the design and implementation of Centre Assurance Standards arrangements.

• Assist in monitoring all status of Internal and external audits and follow through on the timeliness in submission of corrective actions

Participate in Quality Improvement exercise

• Ensure that NC/IR/CFF are followed through and resolved in a timely manner.

Participate actively in QMS Analysis

• Documentation management

Accreditation and Audit - to follow through on post audit reports and ensure corrective actions are submitted on a timely manner

• Participate in internal audits activity, ensuring that audit internal audit reports and closed on a timely manner

• Key Requirements

Minimum a diploma holder in bio-medical science / medical laboratories related courses or quality management equivalent courses.

• 3-5 years of working experience in a similar quality management / medical lab exposure is required.

Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers and members of the general public.

• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, patients record, etc.

Undertake training as required.

• Actively support all company policy rules and procedures, as stated in Companys Handbook, including Safety and Health.
