Responsibilities:
- Leads multiple/large project teams, program areas or functional group;
- Helps set business priorities for work queues and guides associated trade-off decisions;
- Lead quality function to achieve the quality & financial target and defined by the leadership team;
- Develop the technical talents, maintain working knowledge and skills within the quality function;
- Leading and executing all the quality activities for defined new product lines
Experiences and skills needed:
- Leadership skill to develop and lead the quality team with engineers, technicians and QA operators;
- Be able to develop the necessary skills and talents within the quality function;
- Experienced with state of the art quality system, ISO standards, product quality industrial standards;
- Experienced in Continuous Improvement;
- Good in problem solving skills and project management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering;
- 7 - 10 years relevant work experience;
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Some travel 5% to 25% required to US, Mexico, Asia.
