Quality Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

An established and growing MNC Company in manufacturing sector is seeking highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join the dynamic team to maintaining the highest standards of quality in the products and services.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensure the quality management systems are effectively organized, established, and implemented in compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Develop and maintain quality control policies and procedures, oversee daily inspections, manage supplier quality development, and lead audit processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the beverage packaging sector.

Spoken and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control policies, procedures and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
