Key Deliverables of this role
To perform on daily quality control inspection and testing activities including in-coming, in-process and out-going for raw materials and finished good product according to quality requirements and methods.
To immediate feedback to Quality Engineer on any abnormal quality issues for further action.
To help Quality Engineer in maintaining and update all quality control logs, documentation, and reports.
To assist Quality Engineer of doing some of various in-going project and improvement under Quality Control Department for monitoring activities.
To assist Quality Engineer on conducted research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement in quality control processes, including the implementation of new technologies in laboratory.
To assist Quality Engineer performing an investigation on customer complaints, rejection and returned goods that cause by the raw material or finished good products.
Adhere the work area to safety protocols follow to PPG policy and contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe working environment.
To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignment and instruction as directed or instructed from the Quality Control Engineer.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and principles.
Familiarity with chemical equipment and measurement concept.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
