Review Method Statements and comment for improvements.- Prepare inspection and Test Plan and Checklists.
Inspect manufacturing process and site installation as per requirements; able to use measuring equipment satisfactorily.
- Support and promote process improvements.
Ensure all work has been satisfactorily completed before any issuance of RFI to the Client for inspection.- Co-ordinate with manufacturer/supplier and installer to raise RFI to be issued to Client for inspection.
Liaise with the Client for inspection and issue RFI timely.
- Liaise with the Site Engineer and Client during inspections for any deviation noted.
Check and record that Inspection and Test Plan has been completed.- Collate Inspection and Test Records and submit to DC. All documents and records must have back up.
Analyse issues, determine root cause and participate in the development and implementation of corrective and continual improvement.
- Raise NCR if deviations are found that do not comply with the requirements.
Document and report any NCR and deviation to relevant party; carry out investigation and support relevant party to solve the problem.- Maintain records of Inspection and Testing for hand over at the completion of work.
Ensure compliance to Method Statements, Specification, Legislative and Statutory requirements.
- Record all inspections and results noted in the Checklists with objective evidence.
* Liaise with the Site Engineer and Client during inspections for any deviation noted.
