Job Description

  • 0 QUALITY INSPECTOR , QUALITY CONTROL ( IN COMING )

  • 1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

  • 2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

    and quality system.

  • 3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status

  • 4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

  • 5 To carry out incoming inspection for all child part & raw material from supplier.

  • 6 Must get related document from supplier ( material mill cert , outgoing checksheet,

    testing report or other document with special monitoring ( requested))

  • 7 Can hold part for incoming for any contribution of quality part or uncomplete

    document submission for part.

  • 8 To assist QC Executive in issuing incoming good defective report to vendor for all

    non-conforming defect during incoming inspection.

  • 9 To monitor all sorting and/or rework activity done by vendor at our company.

  • 10 To assist or QC Executive during discussion with supplier

  • 11 To issuing sorting report for sorting activities by supplier.

  • 12 To work with PPC on any improvement activity.

  • 13 To call supplier for discussion on quality nonconformance.

  • 14 To prepare monthly PPM rejection from supplier.

  • 15 To follow daily instruction given by superior.


  • 0 QUALITY INSPECTOR , QUALITY CONTROL ( IN PROCESS )

  • 1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

  • 2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

    and quality system.

  • 3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status

  • 4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

  • 5 Monitoring of any quality matters during production activities.

  • 6 To carry out inprocess inspection for section which assign by QC Executive / TA to meet company

    set quality system requirement. Different plant will be different Process or section.

    ( Stamping, Injection Moulding, Tubing, Body Assy, Welding, Tube rack & etc )

  • 7 To ensure all related S.O.P, sample, reject box and parameter are available at mcn during production.

  • 8 To carry out first piece set up during initial product run for confirmation of quality.

  • 9 Issuing Yellow card to person for contribution of defect occurance, not follow SOP

    and abnormalities process ( Supervisor ,technician, leader,opperator )

  • 10 To liaise with Prod Supervisor for defect detected during process and come out with countermeasure.

  • 11 To assist and monitor the method checking, trimming or rework by Production Inspector.

  • 12 To Assist for issuing corrective action report ( C.A.R ) to process line for abnormalities finding

    To assist QAQC Supervisor in issuing Tiket Barang Rosak (TBR) for rejection.

  • 13 To collect all daily rejection part , record and return to quarantine area

  • 14 Support supervisor for scrap defected part at authorized bin

  • 15 Menyediakan laporan mingguan terhadap KPI QAQC dan aktiviti mingguan.

  • 16 Merekodkan kerja rework yang dilakukan oleh pekerja QA/QC di tempat customer.

  • 17 To follow daily instruction given from superior.


  • 0 QUALITY INSPECTOR , QUALITY CONTROL ( ASSEMBLY )

  • 1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

  • 2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

    and quality system.

  • 3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status

  • 4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

  • 5 Monitoring of any quality matters during production activities.

  • 6 To carry out inprocess inspection for assembly according company set quality system requirement.

  • 7 To ensure all related S.O.P, sample, reject box and parameter are available at mcn during production.

  • 8 To carry out first piece set up during initial product run for confirmation of quality.

  • 15 Support supervisor for scrap defected part at authorized bin

  • 16 To assist QAQC Supervisor in issuing Tiket Barang Rosak (TBR) for rejection.

  • 17 To follow daily instruction given from superior.


  • 0 QUALITY INSPECTOR , QUALITY CONTROL ( QUALITY GATE )

  • 1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

  • 2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

    and quality system.

  • 3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status.

  • 4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

  • 5 To carry out manpower status verification,SOP and tool condition confirmation of quality.

  • 6 Resposible for update daily QG Sheet & Operator performance by weekly.

  • 7 To assist QC Executive for updated Sample, method of checking and document

    ( SOP, Quality Alert, QG defect history )

  • 8 To ensure all related standard operation procedure (S.O.P) and limit approved

    sample display accordingly.

  • 9 Authorizing for Stop QG line for rejection detection.

  • 10 Authorize for issuing Internal Corrective Action Request for all nonconformance detected at QG

  • 11 To monitor all sorting and/or rework activity done by Internal and external supplier

  • 12 To assist and monitor the method checking, trimming or rework by Production Inspector.

  • 13 To collect all daily rejection part, record and return to quarantine area.

  • 14 To support supervisor for scrap defected part at authorized bin

  • 15 To follow daily instruction given by superior.


  • 0 QUALITY INSPECTOR , QUALITY CONTROL ( OUT GOING )

  • 1 Report duty to QC SECTION HEAD and QC Technical Executive

  • 2 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process

    and quality system.

  • 3 Attend morning briefing and briefing daily report for quality status

  • 4 Must comply Standard uniform and Safety equipment for all activities

  • 5 To carry out final inspection for all finish good before delivery to customer.

  • 6 To assist QC Supervisor in issuing Quarantine of Non-conforming Part (NCP) to

    related department or section for all nonconforming detected during final inspection.

  • 7 Issuing Yellow card to person for contribution of defect occurance and outflow

  • 8 To Assist for issuing corrective action report ( C.A.R ) to process line for abnormalities finding

    To assist QAQC Supervisor in issuing Tiket Barang Rosak (TBR) for rejection.

  • 9 To collect all daily rejection part , record and return to quarantine area.

  • 10 To support supervisor for scrap defected part at authorized bin.

  • 11 To work with logistic on any improvement activity.

  • 12 To follow daily instruction given by superior.

  • 13 To monitor part sorting activity at logistic when received customer complaint.

  • 14 To verify correct packaging & labelling before deliver to customer.

  • 15 To monitor & sustain for corrective action taken for Delivery Customer Complaint.

  • 16 To follow daily instruction given from superior.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
