QUALITY ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Deal with customer audit preparation and improvement

- Responsible for RMA and customer complaint

- Deal with incoming material inspection control and abnormal feedback

- Yield management, product warning management, personnel and system GRR management

- Related process quality control to keep the production line running smoothly

- Responsible for department staff training

- Participate in TPI project import to ensure that TPI project meets requirements

- Establishment and maintenance of quality-related system;

- Upgrade system related documents and forms;

- Organized internal audit and improvement

- ISO/TUV/UL/RoHS external audit (certification)

- Establishment and maintenance of document management system

- Trained and guided the work of DCC

- Organize weekly quality meeting, monthly quality meeting, and output related reports

- Managing Documents Control system

• Requirements :

1Diploma or Degree holder

2Over 5 years working experience in quality department,

3Meticulous, rigorous, work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility

4Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001 standard and quality management

system

5Good communication skills in liaising with Headquarter in Wuhan and all

races in Malaysia

6Ability to analyze and control process anomalies

7Ability to handle customer Audit and RMA

8Have good quality management awareness,

9Good organizational and communication skills, strong sense of

responsibility,

• Skills Required:

1 Be familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001 quality system;

2 Ability to analyze and control process anomalies;

3 Able to communicate with Headquarter in Wuhan, China, Malay and

English ( write and speak)

4 Master with ISO9001/ISO14001 quality system;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
