Job Responsibility
- Performing analysis, design and drafting for building, structure, infrastructure, foundation and ensuring the optimum engineering design solution and details for construction use
- Preparing cost estimation, bill of quantities, tender documents and assessment report
- Liaison with client, consultants, authorities, contractors and suppliers to understand the project requirements and expectations
- Preparing submission documents, follow up, making compliance to authorities requirements and comments in order to obtain approval or permit to start work and grant CCC upon completion
- Attending meetings, site visit, inspections and testing to ensure the site works are in compliance and of good quality
- Lead and monitor designer and draftperson to make sure the deliverables are meeting project's needs and mistake-free.
Job Requirements
Candidate must prossess at least a Bachaler's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCad, Prota, Sidra, StaadPro, etc.
