_QUALIFICATIONS:_
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Certification in Quality Engineering (e.g., CQE) is preferred.- Proven experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Develop and implement quality plans, policies, and procedures.
Establish quality standards and ensure products meet these standards throughout the production process.- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement process control and improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Design and conduct tests to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
Investigate and analyze quality issues to identify root causes.- Develop corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Generate quality reports and metrics to track performance and identify trends.
Provide training and support to production staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.- Promote a culture of quality awareness within the organization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
