Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor who is fluent in Japanese to oversee our QA team. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in quality assurance and the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee the quality control processes to ensure product quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.Inspection and Testing:
Develop and implement inspection and testing protocols, conduct regular audits, and identify areas for improvement.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Customer Relations: Liaise with customers regarding quality concerns and work towards resolutions that maintain customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department, leveraging data analysis and feedback to enhance processes and product quality.Documentation:
Maintain thorough documentation of QA processes, standards, and results.Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.Education:
Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
Skills:
