Requirements- Open to Fresh grads and Mandarin speaker
SPM and above- Can speak Mandarin and English
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Effective listener with the ability to monitor large volume of calls, chat & emails on a daily basis ensuring service & accuracy
- Drive action plans to improve detective rate and overall quality score of the team through analysis of improvement on fatal errors
Work closely with call center team leader and provide them with feedbacks on strength and weakness of their agents and to recommend ways to improve performance- Preparing reports for daily / weekly / monthly agent performance & hold call calibration session with client to discuss about the agent performance and action plans
Basic salary range (RM2,800 - RM3,000) + KPI incentives (RM300-RM500) Annual leave 16 days per annum
Working hour: 10:00 am -
- 00 pm (Monday - Friday)
- Off day: Weekend & Public Holiday
Office within walking distance form Ampang Park LRT station.
