Position: Quality Assurance Executive (Call Center)
Work location: Mercu 3, KL Eco City (LRT - Abdullah Hukum)
Monitor, evaluate, and audit sales and non-sales calls.
- Provide coaching and support to telesales representatives and verifiers to improve their performance.
Discuss and explain feedback with the Telemarketing Department.- Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve workflow and other issues.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Diploma/Degree in any discipline.- 1 year of Quality audit experience preferable in call centre.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as entry level.
- Language proficiency in Mandarin is a must to audit Mandarin call.
Language required: English, Malay & Mandarin- Fast learner who requires minimal supervision.
Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities.
Excellent in communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
