Ensure continual improvement of product development in quality and safety; compatible and beneficial to the manufacturing capabilities; research feasibility in terms of profitability, resource availability and compliance with regulations.
Plan, design and formulate new products and processes as well as improve existing products and processes.
Evaluate new raw materials, review and improve the application for new or current raw materials and packaging materials when necessary.
Monitor and control raw material and production process to ensure compliance with HALAL & MeSTI standards.
Monitoring internal production system, identifying non-conformance, and providing recommendations for improving to comply with HALAL & MeSTI standards.
Provide technical assistance pertaining to compliance with HALAL and food safety requirements
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Above average desktop computer skills.
