ACCOUNTABILITY
Assist the manager on developing, delegating, ensuring and coordinating quality matters which includes product's performance, part's performance, supplier performance, customer feedback/complaint, quality management system requirements and others.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist in the implementation of department objectives.
- Planning and execution for new model development - review of historical claim data, resolving customer complaints in relation to mass-production and supplier's parts quality and others.
- Ensure, control, monitoring of in-house and infield quality level and promote continuous quality improvement activities. Lead for Gemba check for quality issue verification and validation for closure.
- Implement upkeep the calibration system and review FMEA for risk-based thinking.
- Plan the line patrol audit, sampling and dismantle inspection. Align continuous quality improvement activities with JCMS requirement and manufacturing readiness and MSO verification.
- Ensure that all documented information is maintained and appropriate to perform daily job.
- Coordinating with other department on matters related to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Carry out and upkeep JCMS requirement especially for Total Quality Manufacturing practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/ Industrial Engineering / Technical Engineering.
- 2-3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
