Generate quality control plan, work instructions for OQA activities in accordance with product and customer requirements and coordinate implementation for such plans, procedures, or instructions.
Generate audit plan for compliance to production processes, customer and ISO9001 requirements.
Lead a team of technicians to conduct OQA activities as jointly planned with production.
Ensure product and process non-conformances (from OQA tests and/or customer feedback) are reported and fixed with documented root cause and effective corrective actions.
Maintain testing tools (OQA test station, metrology and collaterals, chiller, hand tools etc ) in good working conditions.
Generate reports for OQA, MRUN tests and product quality trends.
Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related engineering studies
Preferably with min 3 years of relevant experience in handling QA activities for Semicon /automation equipment.
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude and ability to communicate well at all levels.
