Skills and experience:
- Prior experience with usage of Lazada/Shopee seller center with Quality Specialist role in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
Detail-oriented, people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in a matrix environment.- Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a demonstrated track record.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:- Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.)
Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way
- Can deal with last-minute changes and issues and pressure situations.
Requires timely decision making always most problems being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others.- Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood.
Ability to work with virtual teams.
Primary Responsibilities Include and not limited to:
- Monitoring and inspecting all promotion setup (price changes, voucher creation, etc) on Marketplace Platform
QA approver in SynOps for all eshop tasks- Monitor and inspect all promo setups and submissions according to client requirements.
Monitor client platform's store content (title, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications.
- Proposing measures to correct or improve the process and setup to ensures 100% accuracy as per brief
To check for accuracy of eShop setting are according to clients brand standards and guidelines. Constantly audit report data to ensure internal stakeholder follows correct processes.
