QS EXECUTIVE

RFY Group is a global diversified business operation specializing in architectural external faade contracting, interior fit out, faade lighting, faade maintenance, large-scale faade project and site management, in-house glazing system, and trading. This is a full-time on-site role for a QS Executive at RFY Group located in Shah Alam. The QS Executive will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as quantity surveying, cost estimation, tender preparation, contract administration, and project coordination. They will work closely with the project team to ensure timely and accurate cost control, financial reporting, and contractual compliance. The QS Executive will also participate in value engineering exercises, conduct site visits, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong background in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Experience in project coordination and financial management
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications in quantity surveying or related field are a plus
