Introduction of company to new potential clients; commission/referral fee will be given to successful referral of company to new potential clients; e.g: Opening of account with new clients, new connection, referral to top management, etc.
Responsible for preparation of claims
Liaise with site personnel and preparation of progress claim on time based on work done
Check/prepare and liaise with site personnel and clients for monthly work-done
Tender preparation
Material order with suppliers under purchasing
Preparation of certificate for sub-contractor
Sourcing of new sub-contractors
Assist and handle any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma /Bachelor Degree / Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in (AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
Looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated & willing to learn individuals
