Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior QR Management Specialist to join our Core Banking team. This role will involve managing change requests (CRs) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, and facilitating communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Request Monitoring: Track CR progress from execution to UAT sign-off, addressing any issues with the development team.
Implementation Checklists: Consolidate and review implementation checklists before the go-live date, ensuring all items are addressed.
Documentation and Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to maintain documentation; leverage Jira and Confluence for task management.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on CR status and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
SDLC Understanding: Apply knowledge from at least two SDLC cycles to ensure best practices are followed.
PMO Support: Assist with project management office activities to enhance project tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in change request management, preferably in banking.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools.
Familiarity with AS400/DB2 is a plus.
Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience with project management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
