JR62792 QMS Customer Requirements Analyst

As a Global Quality, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Customer Support Analyst in the Quality Management Office at Micron Technology, Inc., you will collaborate with QMS Process Owners, Standards Program Managers, and leaders globally to deploy, drive and improve quality systems at Micron.

The following skills/attributes in a candidate are needed to success in this role:

QMS

Must have knowledge of and experience working within a QMS. This includes interpretation of requirements and management of documents, processes, and procedures.

Legalese

Understand technical form of writing often used by lawyers. Must be detail-oriented and can break-down specifications into individual requirements for integration into the QMS/business.

Effective Communicator

This is a collaborative role with important interfaces across product development, engineering, and operations. You must have strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a broad audience including senior leaders across the organization.

Strong Decision-maker

Know how to effectively problem solve and use critical thinking skills that help find solutions to problems.

Project Management

Work ethic, responsiveness, and results orientation matter! With everyone driving hard to achieve the company's goals, it is critical to have strong project planning and structured approaches to big decisions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Mange Customer Requirements end-to-end

  • Handle requirements, ensuring they are thoroughly detailed and traceable.
  • Facilitating review and approval of requirements collected by Process Owners / Subject Matter Experts (SME)
  • Maintain requirements tracking database.
  • Managing the process of change (e.g., identification of changes, impact analysis)
  • Validate requirements with respect to Stakeholder Requirements - both internal and external.
  • Provide status reports for requirements capture validation and verification.
  • Build and maintain requirement repositories and collaborate with team members to create traceability from requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and provide well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical written responses to customer requirements.

Manage Customer Requests end-to-end:

  • The ability to interpret and effectively resolve complex, technical, or ambiguous requests and problems.
  • Facilitate requests through collaborating with SME's across different departments.
  • Be self-directed and able to multitask and prioritize day-to-day activities.

Education Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ Years of Experience

Experience Desired

  • Knowledge of semiconductor, automotive industry, or other related manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Micron's Quality Management System
  • Knowledge of requirements management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
