QC Inspector

Overall job objectives

To carry out quality check and inspection functions and ensure that products and services meet the QMS, EMS and customer quality requirements.

• Core responsibilities

To perform incoming materials, In-process and finished goods inspection with minimal supervision and are aligned with the Company ISO standard.

• To identify and highlight system or product quality issues and execute action plan by rectifying, implement and monitor efficiency of problems.

To comply with the certificate of analysis (COA) of all the incoming materials and ensure they are in compliance to the product specifications.

• To monitor the equipment and methods used and the procedures followed in the inspection process.

• Job specifications

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Computer literate, familiar with metric and imperial measurement.

• Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
