Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure finished goods meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare inspection and test reports promptly.
  • Identify materials or finished goods with inspection status.
  • Liaise with production supervisor/shift leader on quality issues.
  • Report potential quality problems to superiors.
  • Coordinate quality control activities for specific sections.
  • Ensure timely completion of reports to customers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure production process follows standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for product safety and quality.
  • Maintain and implement ISO 9001:2015 Quality System.
  • Approve all incoming/outgoing reports.
  • Authorized to halt production after consultation with Asst. Supervisor, Senior Supervisor/Leader in Charge.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably a Diploma or Degree in manufacturing or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QC.
  • Proficiency in using standard checking equipment like calipers and micrometers.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
