4) QC Executive
Job Description
- Ensuring the quality of incoming part/products are consistently maintained in accordance with the quality standards
Responsible to supervise the inspectors and QC activities at the incoming areas- Carry out failure analysis on the nonconforming parts/products encountered
Follow up with supplier on the rejection lots and corrective action taken, if any
- Monitor/evaluate suppliers performance with regards to part/product quality and involved in yearly supplier audit
Assist in maintaining ISO quality & environmental system in placed- Working experience in mould injection process will be an advantage.
Requirements- Degree and minimum 2 years in QA/QC processes related to manufacturing environment
Experience in supervising or leading the QA/QC inspectors in daily QA/QC activities
- Basic computer literate included MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Implementing ISO9001 & ISO14001 in work place- Maintaining and renewal of product certificate will be value added
