1) Monitored / Responsible all worked that related for Quality Assurance System and Quality Control activities.
2) Required to do QC test for every batch of mixing PRE & POST.
3) QC test must include the color solution and powder, taste, pH and loss of drying (LOD), Content checking.
4) Perform and check the specification of the product such as viscosity and pH before filling.
5) Troubleshoot quality problem issue and provide recommendations.
6) Experienced in customer complaints and investigated the course of quality complaints and addressed the corrective and preventive actions.
7) Collecting samples and sending to External Lab/ Internal Lab for lab testing such as test for Heavy Metal and Microbiological testing.
8) Review, update and maintain of GMP / HACCP documentation such as Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Product Specifications, Certification of Analysis (COA), SOPs and other related documentation to GMP / HACCP.
9) Ensure to maintained schedule for each instrument and machine yearly calibration.
10) Responsible to monitor water and worker swab test, production area cleanliness from time to time to ensure comply with standards.
11) Report to Head of Operation Department immediately for any new findings.
12) Ensure Pest Control monitoring and Inspection is on schedule every month.
13) To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products.
14) Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
15) Monitor customer satisfaction levels
16) Conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production executive
17) Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
