To drive, enhance and continuously improve QA/QC department performance in line with management objectives and policies.
Ensure QA/QC activities are planned and executed in line with the Companys HSE and Production requirements.
Inform Superior of potential problems and updates the daily progress or project.
Ensure the quality of work carried out by personnel in the QA/QC Department meet the quality objective.
Ensure all QA/QC personnel are adequately trained and qualified to satisfactory perform their duties.
Give technical advice to QA/QC Engineer, Superintendent and QA/QC Inspector.
Develop, plan and be responsible for implementing effective and efficient Quality Management Systems to ensure high quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectation and international standard.
To actively promote and ensure all quality system structure are in place and followed by all related departments.
Responsible for continual products quality improvement and initiate corrective action.
Assist Project Management in preparation of risk assessment and other project documentation.
Carrying out any other duties delegated by the Superior from time to time. Monitor adherence to the company HSE Policy & Standards, alerting management of non-compliance, and providing advice on remedial actions, through mechanisms audits, reviews, inspections etc.
Coordinate regular reviews of Company strategic objectives and targets.
Regularly check QAQC training compliance with the Mandatory Training Matrix focus attention on supervising the most hazardous activities.
