Education and Experience- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline, advanced degree is a plus
Experience in Pharmaceutical or related industry- Has a good understanding of quality management systems and has participated in local or international audits as an auditee, auditor or trainer. Familiarity with ISO9001 is an advantage.
Co-ordination of the company Quality Management System as the designated Management Representative and ensuring that it complies with ISO 9001 as a minimum.- Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, and maintained.
Ensure that records are maintained which demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001 and evidence of service quality.
- Ensure that personnel performing quality control functions are adequately trained.
Identification and evaluation of quality problems and provision of effective solutions to prevent recurrence.- Carry out Internal Quality Audit of the Company Quality System.
Ensure that the processes adhered to Quality Plan and the general inspection plan.
- To liaise with external parties on matters relating to the QMS.
To prepare for the Management Review Meeting by ensuring all necessary inputs of the meeting are in order, and ensuring outputs such as action plans are made.- To promote the awareness of customer requirements throughout the company
