Qaqc engineer

Assess the quality of contract works based on the QLASSIC/CONQUAS system.

· Monitor and coordinate various project quality activities to ensure timely completion.

· Conduct site inspection on contract works to ensure compliance with the approved drawing, specification and any other requirements.

· Attend Project Site Meeting. Prepare monthly progress report.

· Liaise with authorities or agencies on site matters.

· Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) at all levels of the organization.

· Ensure on-going conformance to ISO 9001:2008.

· Monitor audit schedule and ensure all corrective & preventive actions carried out timely and effectively.

· Prepare, maintain, control issue and distribute Quality System Document.

· Organize training on QMS, quality tools and methodology and other quality promotion program to all staff.

· Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Quality Management Representative (QMS) of the company.

· To attend training or seminar on product improving quality.

To follow up the corrective and preventive action that issued out during Internal Audit or External Audit.

To coordinate with external parties and internal departments on QMS and OHSAS issues.

To plan the monthly QC Sites Inspection Schedule for QA/QC Supervisor, and to carry out site inspection where necessary.

To issuance, monitor and close all non-conformance reports on all ongoing projects.

To issue site memo for any non-conformance at site.

To liaise with QA/QC personnel, C.O.Ws, contractors and consultants on the quality problem identify at project sites.

To ensure all non-conformities during site quality inspection have been rectified.

To monitor the rectification work carried out for all the comment raised up.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 Year(s) working experience in construction industry and experienced as a QA/QC Engineer.

Candidate must be from Construction background and main-contractors is preferred.

Positive attitude, diligent and able to handle tight schedule.

Preferable experienced in high-rise building.
