JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with Project Managers / Construction Managers & Departmental Heads on the implementation of site quality management procedures.
Prepare project's QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instructions/observations, permanent materials, and other important QA/QC documents.- Prepare and determine all standards for inspection and testing on all processes and monitor all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
Coordinate, audit and ensure all jobs are carried out in accordance to required.
- specification, quality, safety standard and effect the optimum speed construction.
Identify if new procedures are required to be written for other activities, outside the scope of existing procedures.- Prepare method statement for the activity including follow up the approval.
Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity in site
- Control and distribute all the Companies quality documentation
Perform site walk on behalf of the Companies management- Coordinate all project requirements with the project manager
Attend management / construction meeting weekly
- The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 years of working experience in QAQC for Building Construction- Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work
Self-motivated and able to work independently, highly discipline and responsibility in work
- Possess good communication skills
