Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead & manage QA team (around 30-50 headcount), monitor activities relatedtoQuality Control & Quality Assurance to ensure the company operations in compliance with regulatory requirement
  • Establish, review and continuous improvement for Food safety management system (food regulation/ HACCP/ ISO / HALAL).
  • Provide regulatory work advice/support to stakeholders from R&D and production ensure success of product registration and regulatory compliance for various new product development and existing products change management.
  • Manage quality and food safety issues, regulatory compliance and quality management system, ensuring the validity of HALAL, GMP and HACCP certifications.
  • Periodically review current compliance to company food safety policy and make updates if necessary
  • Implementation of Halal and HACCP certification standards requirement at internal and external auditing level.
  • Ensure quality in products analyzing and provide solutions for quality improvements as well as inspection planning and quality auditing.
  • Carry out investigation on any non-conformance product and perform necessary corrective actions
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or relevant qualification
  • 5+ years related work experience in food manufacturing / FMCG or related industry
  • Able to adapt to changes and work in fast-paced environment
Other Information
  • 5 days work week
  • Salary range between RM10000 - 15000 / month
