Responsibilities:- Establish and implement a quality assurance and control system aligned with the Client Quality Assurance System or Angsana Tunas latest version of ISO
Maintain the above systems by executing checklists, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure of NCRs.- Plan and prepare material submissions in compliance with project requirements, covering all design aspects, detailed designs, construction terms, and contract procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely technical and progress report submissions to clients and consultants.
- Coordinate and witness all relevant material testing activities.
Conduct inspections for received materials to ensure compliance with specifications.- Review shop drawings against construction drawings to verify accuracy and compliance.
Monitor production quality in accordance with ISO procedures and project specifications.
- Inspect finishing quality of outgoing products to ensure adherence to standards.
Monitor and submit calibration reports for all instruments used on the project.- Maintain control of all project documentation, including Construction Method Statements.
Assist in conducting internal and external audits as required by ISO 9001.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to provide technical support and assistance.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Certification in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
Proven experience in quality control or assurance within construction or manufacturing industries.- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
