Job Responsibilities:

.Overall responsible for QA & QC checks and compliance. Evaluate, implement and improve quality processes

.Driveandimplementqualitymanagementsystemsandstandards

.Maintain all the relevant documents related to ISO 9001 / EN206 / SCI precast accreditation scheme certifications. Responsible for internal and external auditing

.Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) for every new project and submit to main contractor for consultant approval

.Responsibleforconductingtrialmixandtomaintainthedailytestcuberesults

.Submit monthly QAQC report (observations made in the site/precast yard) to managers, report must include manpower used for site rectification works

.Conduct QAQC sharing sessions with production/delivery team once in a week to guide them to improve the quality standard

.Submitclosurereportforeveryconsultant/HDBinspectionatprecastyard/site-precast related matters

.Prepare method of statements (MOS) to repair the all kind of defects in the precast panels and get PE and consultant approval before execution

.Responsibleforincomingandoutgoinginspectionofproductsandmaterialstoensure quality compliance. To arrange for routine material testing as per consultant's requirement

.Maintainrelationshipandliaisewithclientstofollowuponqualityissues

Requirements

.Atleast2-3yearsofworkingexperienceinPrecast/Constructionfield

.Degreeincivil engineering.

.Selfdiscipline,teamworkandhighcommitmenttothejob.
