Responsibilities:To manage and monitor the following:
- Property Asset registration, disposal and transfer
Repair and maintenance, security, upgrading, improvement and development.- Rental, sales and purchase
Auditing, inspection and reporting
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.
Preferable those with minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in related field.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills
