PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible to monitoring and updating all related document and record in common folder and hard copy filing system for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, EHS, Halal, GDPMD and Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

- Maintaining, updating and responsible to ensure documents are scan and upload into the common drive accordingly.
- Distribute and obsolete document (WI/ QP/ Attention Sheet/ Support document) as and when necessary.
- Responsible to schedule and update QA monthly training report.
- Responsible to arrange for document disposal as and when required.
- Perform housekeeping audit, compile the monthly housekeeping report and publish the housekeeping report to relevant team.
- Responsible to update monthly QA/EHS notice board.
- Monitor and ensure all related legal requirement is update into Legal Requirement Form.
- Team member of internal audit.
- Assist QA Officer to follow up audit findings reply, audit closure and analyze audit result.
- Assist Superior in monitoring IPM devices, documentation processing, inspection record checking & filing, IPM service provider performance and communication to YCH department on IPM service activity.
- Oracle Purchasing Requisition - Raise Good Receive Note (GRN)
- Perform other tasks or projects as instructed by the superior.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 year working experience of ISO 9001 Quality Systems.
1 year working experience in document control.
Initiative and proactive attitude.
Good communication and people management skill.
Competent using Microsoft Office (Email, Word and Excel).
Be able to prioritize day to day tasks.
