To ensure and confirm the receiving inspection is carried out adequately
To lead the subordinate to conduct the daily testing for beam, cylinder and flexural beam testing .
To lead a group of subordinate on the daily QA task .
To ensure all the quality system certificate eg, CIDB certificate , Span, ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 45001 ,ISO 14001 ,ISO 17025 and jacking pipe certificate was in order and renewed in time.
To check and review all the quality assurance related reports
To ensure the routine testing of the sleeper product testing to be conducted in according to the schedule of testing .
To attend to the yearly audit that related to the quality management system .
To investigate and analyze the root cause of the non conformity due to concrete issue .
To lead and plan for the trial mix for the new projects.
To conduct the research and development for the new concrete mix design.
To control and monitor all the inspection equipment .
To perform any other task that is assigned by the immediate superiors and management
Job Requirement :
Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in precast elements and concrete
Major in precast IBS and Tunnel Lining Segments projects
Preferably with knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO / IEC 17025 : 2017 and SS EN 206
Preferably Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
