Job Duties:- Manage and oversees all activities in QA Department to achieve the best result and performance full respect of objective and policies.
Progressive thinker always applying foresight, sound and creative vision to keep ahead of the competition and successful deploy innovative quality programs.- Proven business acumen, with a track record of solving challenging business problem competitive markets.
Ability to think outside the square and deliver quality solutions supported by effective training programs.
- Productive working relationships and sound reporting frameworks.
Establishing efficient internal audition process to ensure ISO standard and the effectiveness of quality system and process are adhered to and not compromised.- Devise and execute solutions for any development related QA needs or problems, reproducing issues, delivering new builds and testing changes.
Developing QA team members through effective staff personal development review and dealing effectively with disciplinary issue.
- Manage customer by internalizing customer requirements to team and drive for effective 8D process and FMEA problem solving expectation.
- Prefer Diploma or Degree in Engineering related.
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience in Medical Devices and Plastic Injection Molding Industry is an advantage.
