Responsibilities:- Supervise& lead subordinates in managing in-process & outgoing quality issues.
- Manage customer requirements & expectations.
- Primary contact window with customer for all quality matters including Failure Analysis.
- Manage customer day to day feedback.
- Review customer request for data crunching.
- Coordinate to internal BU the customer feedback.
- Leads 8D Report preparation with internal BURequirements.
- To expert in operating Teradyne & Agilent ICT Test System.
- At least 5 years experience in quality in PCBA manufacturing industry environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic course.
- Detail and result oriented, ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, flexible to organize and schedule work on short notice to meet tight deadlines, and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel to domestic and overseas plants and customer sites.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, have a strong quality & customer-focused mindset, and have the personal drive for success with professional skills.
- Good communication skills in English & Malay (Mandarin will be added advantage) .
