- Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Develop and maintain sector-building initiatives to support company goals.- Establish and maintain quality assurance systems aligned with company development needs.
Prepare for customer audits, manage reception, and follow up on non-conformity rectifications.
- Handle third-party certification audits.
Determine quality testing results:- Assess raw and auxiliary materials.
Evaluate process samples.
- Judge finished product quality.
Communicate complaints promptly, analyze issues, develop solutions, and provide feedback to customers.- Evaluate new supplier qualifications and conduct regular audits of existing suppliers.
Address complaints about unqualified raw materials and ensure effective resolution.
Conduct quality training
Degree in medicine, chemical industry, or related fields.- Over 5 years in quality management, with at least 2 years in a similar position.

Pay: RM10,- 00 - RM12,000.00 per month
