QA Manager

JOBS DESCRIPTION

- Lead and drive the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Incoming QA and Outgoing QA departments to meet the set company goals and KPIs.
- Supervise, motivate and grow a team of QA staff in the area of responsibility.
- Maintain strong collaboration with peers and multi-functional teams within the organization.
- Perform periodic internal quality audits in the organization to ensure compliance and drive for continuous improvement when necessary.
- Represent the organization as a Management Representative in external and customer audits.

• REQUIREMENT

- A Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least 5 years or working experience in QA, of which 2 years in a managerial role.
- Preferred with work experience in semiconductor or contract manufacturing environment.
- High preference with work experience in metal sheet, or metal fabrication industry.
- Independent, self-driven and results oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with cross functional teams.

Pay: RM10,
