Key Duties and Responsibilities To establish and coordinate the documentations of Halal, HACCP/GMP, MESTI & ISO consists of Manual Procedure, SOP, Batch Record, Processing Flow, etc
To assist on the product Halal Certification and audit.
To coordinate the food safety training for employees and ensure that proper food handling practices are followed.
To checking, inspect and approve new incoming raw material and suppliers, products, processes, responsible personnel in monitoring and maintaining HACCP/GMP, ISO, MESTI and Halal run prior packing the products
To investigate and document any quality-related incidents or non-conformance.
To monitor operations to ensure that staff follow the production SOP
Review and analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
To ensure all machines/facilities are cleaned, maintained and in operational condition
To assist in the internal and external audit.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent
1 to 2 years experience in similar function, preferably from food manufacturing industry.
Equipped with computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
Knowledge in areas of quality and food safety such as GMP, HACCP.
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to respond to ad-hoc task swiftly
Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,200.00 per month
