Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following:
- Conduct regular Food Safety Audits at our fast-food outlets to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). Identify areas that require improvement and collaborate with operation team to implement necessary changes. 50%-60% travelling.
Conduct product testing for the approval new/ improved material.- Coordinate HACCP program at restaurant level and ensure that all HACCP program is being implemented as requires.
Monitor monthly pest treatment at store level, ensure proper resolution of any issue highlighted.
- Customer Complaint Investigations: Thoroughly investigate all customer complaints related to food quality, or food safety. Work closely with the outlet teams to resolve complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Work closely with supplier and internal department to ensure proper change control implementation.
Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or Head of Department and/or any other representatives assigned by the Management from the time to time.
Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Have knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Be organized, good attention to details, be able to meet deadlines, be able to work independently, possess work commitment and required to travel and be on-site.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.- Experience in HACCP and Halal will be added advantage.
