QA Engineer:
- Hands-on experience with software product test planning, execution, following up on defects,
- 4+ years working as a Software Tester (software validation, test and release function).
- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Strong and demonstrated experience in the use of agile testing methodologies & principles
Core Competency Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in preparing testing plans, organizing and conducting testing
- Proficient in writing test plans and test cases
- Deep understanding of test principles and methods in the area of web applications.
- Deep understanding of Automation testing & Automation frameworks
- Must have hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Tricentis and Testinium to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for ensuring application quality and performance
- Passion for user experience.
- Hands-on experience in automating tests; preferably building from the scratch.
- Experience in working with DevOps for CI/CD setup for the automation testing & reporting
- Passion for user experience.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and testing areas
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to isolate problem/defect areas
- Experienced to run Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Retest, and E2E on the Application Under Test
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is expected: Mantis, JIRA, Web browsers testing, Mobile browser and application testing, Reporting application testing
- Possess health care domain knowledge will be an added advantage
