Job Scope: Assist in handling customer complaints by investigating & analyze them and administering corrective actions are taken.
Assist in auditing activities (customer, JQA, JET)
Assist in handling suppliers quality problem & administer corrective actions taken.
Report the quality situation to the superior.
Ensure the tasks done by subordinates are carried out smoothly.
Assist all activities, procedures, and systems in the department.
Data analyzing and providing necessary improvement where needed.
Provide training to subordinates in relation to job function and shall guide subordinates in operators training.
Assist in setting up procedures & systems, especially for the new product.
To ensure all subordinates use environmentally friendly material.
To segregate and dispose of scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
Min 2 years of experience in the related field.
Knowledge of the latest IATF audit and 8D report writing.
Required Skill(s): Communication, Report writing, Project presentation.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
